He has experience in all major (commercial) property types: retail, office, industrial and multi-family. His geographic area of expertise includes all of the major counties in Arizona, including Maricopa, Coconino, Yavapai, and Pima Counties. He also has a prior background in both property management and commercial property sales. After college, Gary played professional baseball and is still an avid golfer.

Additionally, his current specialty involves the appraisal of religious facilities, places of worship and charter/private schools. Concurrently, he also provides site selection and market studies for congregations seeking to relocate their facilities. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Arizona State University. He is also a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Arizona, Certification No. 30549.

Neil Kilby started his involvement in real estate at a young age by working in his family’s south Florida home building business. In 1983, Mr. Kilby moved to Arizona, following a hiking vacation to the Grand Canyon and Havasu Falls, the previous year. Capitalizing on his residential construction background, Mr. Kilby started in residential appraising, receiving the SRA residential-appraisal designation in 1988. Additionally, he specialized in the valuations of luxury-custom homes and hillside properties in the Paradise Valley-Scottsdale district of metropolitan Phoenix.

In 1989, Mr. Kilby switched his career focus over to valuing commercial-type properties; gaining extensive experience across a wide range of property types and geographic market areas (Arizona). He obtained his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1993. Mr. Kilby holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University, with majors in real estate and finance. He is also a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Arizona, Certification No. 30391.
